- Uncooked King Prawns, 1.10 lbs.
- Scallops, 1.33 lbs.
- Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.
- Garlic Clove, 3 (crushed)
- Lemon Juice, 3 tsp.
- Dry White Wine, 4 tbsp.
- Cream, 1 cup
- Dill, 1 tbsp.
- Asparagus, 1.10 lbs.
- Sugar Snap Pea, 0.45 lb. (trimmed)
- Fish Stock Granules, 1 tsp.
- Fresh Parsley, 2 tbsp. (finely chopped)
Take a bowl and roughly mix the prawns and scallops in it. Add some oil and garlic as well. Use a BBQ to cook the seafood. Once cooked, remove from heat and keep it covered. Next, you can either boil or steam the asparagus along with the peas, till they become tender. Once done, drain and keep it covered.
Take a pan and add some juice and wine to it. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat. Now, add the cream, dill, stock, and parsley. Boil this mixture again. Cook the preparation and keep it uncovered during the process. Serve it with grilled vegetables. You can even garnish it with some slices of lemon and dill. The remaining parsley can be sprinkled on top.

- Large Scallop Shells, 12
- Large Sea Scallops, 24 (should be cut horizontally in half)
- Hot Mayonnaise, 1½ cups
- Salt, ½ tsp.
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Meanwhile, ensure that the mayonnaise is hot and prepared; ready to be used. Place these scallop shells on a baking sheet. At the same time, use some salt and pepper to season both sides of the scallops. Place 2 scallops on each shell. Spread 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise over them. Place this on the top rack of the oven. Wait till the mayonnaise turns golden brown. This could take around 10 minutes. Use some green onions as garnish. Serve it hot.
- Butter or Margarine, ¾ cup
- Sea Scallops, 1½ lbs.
- Fresh Parsley, ⅓ cup (chopped)
- Onions, ⅔ cup (chopped)
- Garlic Cloves, 3 (chopped)
- Fresh Lemon Juice, ¼ cup
- Salt, 1 pinch
Preheat an outdoor grill on medium heat. Take a saucepan and melt some butter in it. Now, cook some onions along with garlic in it, till they become tender. Sauté for 5 minutes. Then, remove from heat and add lemon juice with a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, take a large bowl and place some scallops in it. Use some butter mixture and toss them in it. Let it rest for 2 minutes. You can use a wire grill basket or simply thread the scallops onto the skewers. This will help you to cook it on the preheated grill. Cook each side for 4 - 5 minutes so that they get cooked evenly. Now, put the butter mixture back into the saucepan. Boil the same and once done, reduce the heat to a low setting. Take the grilled scallop and toss it in this mixture. Serve it hot.
