Ingredients
  • 3 ¼ cups dry red wine (preferable Portocolo)
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/3 cup Cointreau
  • 1/3 lemon-flavored vodka
  • 1 small lemon, sliced crosswise
  • 1 small orange, sliced crosswise
  • 1 small lime, sliced crosswise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle carbonated lime soda
  • 1 medium pear, diced
  • 2 medium peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
Take a sangria pitcher and pour in all the ingredients in it. Leave the strawberries and lime soda out. Keep it in the refrigerator and let it chill throughout the night. At the time of party, add the strawberries and lime soda, mix it properly, and serve it in chilled sangria glasses garnished with lemon wedges.

White Sangria
Prepare this next drink and truly make your guests wonder why the ice cubes taste delicious. We're going to add ice cubes made from apple juice as one of the ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 3 ¼ cups dry white wine (preferably Martinsancho Rueda)
  • Apple juice, for ice cubes
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 small pears, cut into chunks
  • 2 medium oranges, sliced crosswise
  • 2 small lemons, sliced crosswise
  • 3 cups sparkling apple cider
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint
  • Mint leaves for garnish
Take 3-4 ice cube trays and pour apple juice in it and let it freeze. In a pan, add mint leaves, water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks and boil it for some time. Once the water starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer again. After 5 minutes, take it down from the stove and let it cool. Now at room temperature, remove the mint leaves and cinnamon sticks. In a large punch bowl, pour the mixture in, add white wine, pears, peaches, and orange and lemon slices. Mix it properly and keep it in the refrigerator throughout the night. Pour the sparkling apple cider and ice cubes, and garnish with mint leaves just before serving.

Strawberry-Cranberry Sangria
This drink is not only easy to make but has a unique taste, thanks to the cranberry juice.

Ingredients
  • 3 ¼ cups dry red wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 medium lemon slices
  • 2 medium lime slices
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups strawberries, trimmed
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 cranberry herbal tea bags
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 6 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons Triple Sec
  • 1 cup club soda
In a pan, add lemon and lime slices, water, sugar, and cloves and boil it for some time. Once the water starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer. After 5 minutes, take it down from the stove and add the tea bags. Let it steep for 5 minutes and remove the cloves and the tea bags. Take a punch bowl and pour the mixture in. Combine wine, brandy, triple sec, and cranberry juice in it. Mix properly and keep it in the refrigerator throughout the night. Just before serving, add orange chunks, strawberries, and club soda. Serve it chilled in sangria glasses on ice.
