Sandra Bullock Talks About Being Naked with Ryan Reynolds

With some of his recent roles, including as a super-hero/villain in Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds is in A-list shape. It shows in The Proposal as he and Sandra Bullock share an awkward scene in which they are both "naked" and forced to be touching each other, even though they are not together (yet) at that point in the movie. Ah, the hilarity of the Hollywood screenwriters. What will they come up with next?

When asked by Malkin about the experience of being naked and pressed against her co-star, Bullock described Reynolds as "rock hard". She went on to explain that she was referring to his abs - and nothing else. But she was then quick to point out that she is certain things are appropriately hard when they need to be.

In short, she had fun with the interview and went on to express her excitement about the film and the idea that she typically shies away from romantic comedies at this point in her career. Some would question that, given that it seems that every movie she's in is a romantic comedy, but I'm definitely not qualified to comment.

She also touched on the funnyordie skit in which Ryan Reynolds says some pretty nasty things to Betty White and how some people still don't understand that some things are done as intentional jokes on the Internet - and on film. Sandra was very flattering of Betty White and her ability as a comedic actress.
