Body of Cover Letter
This part of the cover letter should include the position that you are applying for, and why should the employer select you for an interview for the position mentioned. It is also necessary to mention how will you follow-up.
First Paragraph
In the first paragraph of the cover letter, you should mention the purpose of writing this letter, followed by the position that you want to apply for, and what is the source from where you found the listed job. If you have any contact working in the same company, mention his/her name.
Middle Paragraphs
Firstly, keep in mind that you are actually interpreting your resume and not repeating it, so in this section, mention what you are offering the employer from your side. Now specify how your qualifications match the kind of job that you have applied for.
Final Paragraph
In the final paragraph, thank the employer for considering you for the position. In addition, include the information on how you will follow-up.
