Ryan Gosling & Rachel McAdams Split?
It has been reported that Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams have split after almost two-years of dating.

Sources say that the couple has decided to take some time apart. A friend of Gosling’s said, "It’s a break, not a break-up." The source said that Gosling decided he needed a break and wanted to focus on his career because McAdams is reportedly very dependent on him and he was feeling a little overwhelmed. Said the source, "It’s a pivotal moment for him." A friend of McAdams said that actress is "taking it really hard because Ryan is everything to her."
Gosling and McAdams met on the set of their 2004 love story The Notebook. The two didn’t become romantically involved until about a year after the movie was made. Recently it was reported that they were talking about marriage. A friend of the couple’s said, "They’re madly in love and plan on getting married this year." The source went on to say that the couple is so desperate to avoid the press that they decided to "get engaged and married on the same day – and won’t allow their families to talk about it." McAdams’ publicist calls the rumor "completely false."
Both McAdams, 30, and Gosling, 26, were born in the same London, Ontario hospital and grew up near each other, but never met until they worked on The Notebook together. A source said recently of their split, "Ryan was in love with her, but it didn’t work out because of their conflicting work schedules." The source went on to say that both McAdams and Gosling are "miserable" and that hopefully "they will get back together soon." McAdams’publicist has denied that they couple is on a break.
