Run - Chapter 9
Akita's PV.
Drakon laid me back on the couch, as Adella and Lillith came in the door. I was still groggy when they came in. "Oh Draky, the little monster was terrible." Adel cried, as she pushed Lilli away from her. Drakon pulled Adella into his arms. "It's ok, love." he smiled. She giggled, as he kissed her cheek. Lilli looked at me lying on the couch, and walked over. "Mama?" she hissed, putting her hand on mine. It was sticky with ice cream. My eyes rolled around in my head, and I noticed there was ice cream in Adel's hair. I laughed. Adel looked over at me, and frowned. "What is she laughing at. What's wrong with her?" she asked. "She is just sleepy, honey. It's almost dawn. Let's all go to bed." he said. I groaned. Drakon pushed Adella into the bed, and walked over to Lilli. My vision turned foggy, as I watched him grab her arm. "Lilli it's time for your medicine. Then to bed." I heard him whisper to her. The drugs were wearing off, so I knew what he was saying and what was happening. I reached out to hit him, but my movements were far to slow, and I ended up stroking him. He took my hand and kissed it.
I frowned and pulled back. "What did you do to Mama?" she asked him, sternly. "Nothing dear. She is just sleepy. Come on. Your medicine." he said pulling on her. She pulled back. "NO! What did you do!? Why are we here!? I want Daddy!" she cried. "Lilli, stop it." he growled. She screamed, and slapped him. "Your bad! I want Daddy!" she cried. Adella jumped off the bed and ran toward them, where Drakon sat and listened to Lillith's rant. Adel got angry at Lillith's disobedient and slapped her! I yelled loudly, not with words but just a noise. Everyone was quite for a second, until Lillith let out a wail. She put her head in my neck and cried. Drakon jumped off the floor, and slapped Adella so hard she crashed into the wall. "You stupid whore! Don't ever touch her again! Ever! Can't you do anything right!?" he roared. He stomped over to her and grabbed her by her hair. She cried out, as he dragged her to the door. "Don't please! I'm sorry! I'll do anything you want! Don't kill me!" she cried. He stopped, his hand on the door. He changed his mind and dragged her into the bathroom. I put my hand on Lillith's head as she cried, then I lost consciousness.
