But again it depends on the recipe.
Lamb rib is used in a variety of different recipes. The most famous of the lamb rib recipes is the Irish lamb stew. At 325 degrees Fahrenheit, it needs about 2 hours to get roasted for a preparation of 4 servings. A normal lamb rib would require about 2 hours of roasting. The internal temperature of the lamb is again very important.
