Rib eye is a kind of beef that is made by removing the rib bones from 6th to 12th of a standard rib portion of beef meat. Easy Rib Eye Roast Recipe
This is probably the easiest recipe as it does not involve any kind of complex cutting or bone removal.
Requirements: In order to make the rib eye roast, you will require about 4 to 6 pounds of rib eye roast beef, a large tablespoon of canola oil, salt and pepper to taste. In addition to these, you would also require a roasting pan and a thermometer, preferably oven-proof. It must be noted that this recipe serves about 6 people.
Procedure: The procedure of this recipe is very simple and does not require much of an effort. First preheat the oven to 350° F. Then place the rib eye beef on the roasting pan and rub it with the oil. Using a bit of a pressure to rub the oil is recommended as the oil would enter the meat and effectively roast it. If your thermometer is oven-proof, then place it inside the beef. Use the following table in order to make the rib eye roast. It must be noted that 350° F is the recommended temperature for 4 to 6 pounds of meat.

It is necessary to ensure that the temperature within the rib eye roast reaches 350° F, as the microbes within the roast are killed by the heat. This temperature also ensures that every part of the meat is thoroughly cooked, as raw beef is very, very difficult to digest and may cause abdominal problems, in case if the meat is left raw.
