Due to the relative difficulty in the approach in this method, people say that they prefer to perform open rhinoplasties. However, it is universally agreed upon that comparatively, open rhinoplasty does lead to more scarring when compared to closed rhinoplasty.

Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a procedure where there is slight reshaping of the nose done without any kind of surgical intervention. Thus, this is a nose job without surgery. Here, the reshaping is brought about by either injectable substances which alter the shape of the nose, or with the help of flexible nose inserts that are placed between the nose tip and the back of the nose.
