You need to log in to the myWireless Account and under My Account tab go to the My Services link. When the My Services link opens, you need to scroll over to Phone/Device Support and select the Reset Voicemail Password link. The window of Reset Voicemail Password screen will display your wireless number. Here, you need to select Submit and reset the password. After a few seconds your iPhone will display a message 'Password Incorrect - Enter Voicemail Password." Now enter the last 7 digits of the wireless phone number and tap OK.

Reset Password From Voicemail Box
You need to tap Phone and then tap the Keypad icon. You need to again tap and hold the 1 key and your iPhone will start the calling voicemail system. You need to enter the current password in the iPhone voicemail password prompt. Then tap the 1 key for Password Options as well as Establish or Change Passwords. Within a few seconds your iPhone will display 'Password Incorrect - Enter Voicemail password'. You need to enter the last 7 digits of the wireless phone number and tap OK.
