  • In the box that appears, type in 'cmd' and then click on 'OK'.
  • Now type 'ipconfig/release' in the subsequent window, and then hit 'Enter'. This will release your present IP address.
  • Now you need to type 'ipconfig/renew' and then hit 'Enter'. This renews your computer's IP address.
