Remote Viewing Techniques

Remote viewing is a paranormal phenomenon, not experienced by many. You will need the help of an expert to guide you through the experience. Many people who have experienced remote viewing have compared their results to playing a musical instrument, like a guitar or a flute. A pianist must learn to play a piano before he composes any melody, likewise, a remote viewer must learn these techniques and then try his hand at experiencing it. He must also be knowledgeable about the difficulty levels of the techniques. As the skill of the viewer progresses, more complicated techniques can be attempted. Once the viewer is comfortable with all the advanced techniques, then he is allowed to remote view without the instructor.

The adventurous nature of remote viewing makes it a very exciting paranormal phenomena that only a few may visualize. Remote viewing is one of the many ways of gathering information through extra-sensory perception. A remote viewer has an out-of-body experience. While having such an experience, the viewer is asked not to interfere with the surroundings. His bio-plasmic body moves out his physical body and travels to a predetermined location. The viewer tries to imbibe as much information about the surroundings as possible. In certain cases, remote viewing is also associated with relaxation and finding inner peace. Some remote viewers are known to have walked on the surface of the sun and traveled to the center of galaxy.

History

Results of technical remote viewing were so startling, that intelligence agencies around the world had no other choice but to notice this unconventional technique. Soon, the CIA and the military intelligence started exploring and developing various techniques. Intelligence gathering through these techniques was extremely cost-effective compared to traditional means. Their research, however, managed to develop techniques, that were simple enough to be attempted by civilians as well.

Any technique mentioned in any kind of manual should only be practiced with an instructor present. However the existence of such manual is very unlikely. There are some professional institutes which conduct remote viewing training. It is recommended that a new student should learn and experience remote viewing at these institutes in a controlled environment.

Disclaimer: The following steps should not be treated as a remote viewing manual, but as an example of how a session could be conducted.

• An experienced trainer begins by teaching various protocols that should be followed during the remote viewing session.
• He, then teaches the various symbols, which are necessary to bring back information from the predetermined location.
• An image is shown to the remote viewer, of the location he is supposed to view.
• Next, he is asked to project himself out of his own body (maybe onto the roof of the building).
• Then, the trainer asks the remote viewer to attempt floating.
• Once the viewer starts floating, the trainer then guides him to the location in the image
• A remote viewer visits that place and projects back the information. Some viewers choose to write, some choose to draw and some viewers even make a tape recording of their findings.
• Once the remote viewer is done documenting information, he has to trace his steps back with the help of the trainer

Remote viewing should not be confused with the psychic abilities of a person. A gifted person might have psychic abilities and be a remote viewer at the same time, but the difference between both the phenomena must be noted. A person is born with psychic powers, but due to the generalized nature of the remote viewing, it can be performed by virtually, every one.

Till date, technical remote viewing has never satisfactorily "reproduced" results. As a result, many scientists are reluctant to spend their resources on studying them. Interestingly, Native Indians as well as Apache Indians used them to their benefit, long before any other community discovered its existence or realized its importance. Established scientists like Michael Faraday and Rufus Mason did attempt to study these techniques in the past, but they restricted themselves to only gifted individuals.
