Remote Influencing (RI) Training/Training as a Tool
This article deals with a powerful form of Remote Influencing training. I also cover other aspects of training in this article.
My name is Anand Sule. The purpose of this article is to introduce a powerful new concept in Training and Development which I have discovered. The training programs that I develop will be based on the methods, ideas and philosophies from a new system of Remote Influencing (RI) that I have created. Here is a brief description of RI:
Remote Influencing is a method that aims to create an effect on a person, event or situation. Remote Influencing can be considered a form of psycho kinesis - PSK, using the minds powers to affect the physical world.
There are some wild stories circulating around the topic of RI. I do not concern myself with these stories. I want to focus on what RI can do to empower, enhance and improve a person and his or her capabilities and potentials. RI is a very powerful tool and it has unlimited scope. From here on, I will refer to my system as RI, this will avoid confusion. RI is eclectic, powerful and fluid in nature. RI has within it, elements of spirituality, science, psychology, business and self-help. It is not a system that is bound by dogma. Just as the universe is expanding and evolving, we too must do the same if we want to compete or excel in this world.
I highly recommend a training approach to life. You do not necessarily have to follow my specific RI training. There are countless sources of great knowledge and information out there for people to use in order to better themselves and their lives. This truly is the information age. The key though is to wisely use the information and knowledge, skills and abilities that you have and that you continue to develop and improve. Here are some definitions of training:
Teaching a particular skill or type of behavior through regular practice and instruction designed to impart proficiency or efficiency.
The term training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies
It is a learning process that involves the acquisition of knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts, rules, or changing of attitudes and behaviors to enhance the performance of employees.
When you look at the above definitions of training, you will see that one could use the training approach to cover any or all areas of your work and personal life also. For example, you could train yourself to become more self-confident and assertive. Most training programs have a set schedule, outline and end and start times. You could sign up for training programs that cover the areas that you want to work on, or you could create your own training programs. There are great books, DVDs, software programs etc that one can use in order to train themselves with.
The internet is also a great resource for learning. Schools such as MIT and the Open University also offer free courses online.
I am following my own RI training. I also learn from other sources and incorporate this into my RI training. I do not limit myself. One can never stop learning and developing oneself. I do not set time frames for my training. I do ongoing training. I will continue with this approach for the rest of my life.
I will modify and change my training programs as the need arises. I look at my training as a journey, project, mission of sorts. We could look at ourselves as diamonds in the rough. When we work on ourselves diligently, we let our true selves shine out. I have my own tool box which I use to attain my goals with. My toolbox contains: RI, consulting, training, groups, coaching and problem solving. These tools are interchangeable and can be used in conjunction with each other.
The scope for training is phenomenal. People can be trained to better themselves and to become more proficient and in control of their lives. When you look back in history, you will see how people such as Einstein had trained themselves to excel in their fields. Einstein would spend many hours developing his creative thinking abilities. Thomas Edison was home schooled. He was taught by his mother. Thomas Edison was trained to have a love of learning by his mother. Edison had also learned to be persistent. He had failed in thousands of attempts to create the light bulb. He had been trained to not give up. He finally achieved success with his invention. Many others would have given up after their first few attempts.
