But we don't realize this, till the time we complain about it and vent it out. I mean, isn't futility of complaining realized after complaining?! You've been at your best behavior so far, and it's time to reward yourself, with a little bit of pampering. So indulge in something, that doesn't require you to think, too much and demands you to just do it. There cannot be any more natural ways to relieve anxiety and stress, than by allowing yourself to follow your heart!

Love Yourself
