To see another dimension, it does not mean that most relaxing songs need to have words or rather lyric or vocals. Instrumental music, especially on piano and violin can be extremely relaxing. Some of the examples I can think of are Titanic Theme, Theme from Mahogany by Diana Ross, Theme from A Summer Place by Percy Faith and many more. If you are a western classical connoisseur, then instrumental classical will be a great option for you. Ballads and the likes can be considered if you really want to relax and calm down after a hectic day.
At the end of the day, what I find relaxing might not have the same calming effect on my friend or my sibling. For someone, heavy metal can have the effect, while for someone instrumental piano can be good enough to be back in a good mood. It is ultimately, your taste and your state of mind that matters, which is surely going to be better, be it piano or hardcore metal if you like it!
