Reinventing Asia’s Free Zone – PKFZ

Asia's New regional industrial park is about to rise.
Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) could be in the running to be branded one of Asia’s best free zones. Highlighting its free integrated zones is PKFZ; also boasting its excellent infrastructures, facilities, tax exemptions, foreign and domestic equities and advantageous business environment. Asia’s growing capabilities are almost unlimited, as the market pitches higher each year, and as the region of Asia developing free zones like PKFZ, it’s no wonder how the economy blooms in commerce.

Malaysia’s demographics made a huge impact ok PKFZ, Asia’s leading Free Zone. Multinational corporations from over 60 countries have invested in over 3,000 companies throughout Asia’s famous free zone, PKFZ. Malaysia’s manufacturing sector has then grown since June 2006. It’s proximity to quality lifestyle and world-class free trading ports has then brought PKFZ to becoming Asia’s top free zone. Investors investing in PKFZ also enjoy educated workforce with wide use of English. There isn’t a reason why PKFZ shouldn’t be branded one of Asia’s top Free Zone. Among PKFZ’s employer and employee benefits include child care centers, 24-hour security surveillance, ample parking space, well equipped bank, clinic, police and fire stations, food courts offering a wide variety of international and local delights, trade offices for forwarding agents, on site customs and other governmental services. Commercial and industrial parks can now be integrated in the same zone while reaping benefits in the world-class Asia free zone.

PKFZ’s administration revolves around commerce. Its monthly rental rates for buildings are cheap: LIU RM1.50-RM2.00 for light industrial and warehouse units, open land RM0.20-RM0.50 for prepared industrial land and LOB RM2.00-RM2.50 for business complexes. PKFZ’s free trade zone and industrial park would spark lucrative businesses as costs would be cheaper, profits higher with its tax exemption and 100% foreign equity.
