Requirements for Reformatting

Reformatting Windows 7 requires you to have a copy of Windows 7 CD and the product key. If you do not have either of these, you won't be able to move ahead. The disc contains software for Windows 7 and comes along with the computer. You will get the CD only if you purchase a genuine Windows 7 product. The product key will be present on a sticker stuck to your computer or laptop. Next, you need to restart your computer. When you press the power on button on your computer, immediately press the F8, F12 or delete key. The key depends on the manufacturer. This key will help you access the BIOS of your computer. How to Reformat a Windows 7

Just select the time, region, password, name of your computer, etc. Once you complete this step you will be guided to your desktop computer. Once reformatting is complete, you need to install the drivers. You need to remove the Windows CD and insert the drivers CD provided by the manufacturer. If you do not have the CD, you need to visit the computer manufacturer's website. Here, look for all the drivers to be installed and download them to your PC. After all the relevant drivers have been installed your computer will be as good as new.
