If red spots on legs, arms or any other part of your body is caused due to cherry angioma, you can have them surgically removed. You can take some precautionary measures in order to prevent skin damage.
Since exposure to the Sun can cause red spots on the skin, make sure that you apply sunscreen before stepping out in the Sun. This is to prevent sunburns. As far as acne treatment is concerned, you can use acne skin care products as prescribed by the doctor. If red spots on skin are caused due to an allergic reaction, using antihistamines will prove beneficial. Sometimes skin blotches might be caused due to infections.
