  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces white wine
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped

  • 4 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ fresh lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

Preparation
  1. Take a heavy bottom saucepan and heat some olive oil in it. To ensure that the oil does not start smoking, it will be best to heat the oil on a medium flame. When the oil is fully heated, put the shrimp into the saucepan and fry till it becomes tender.
