The simple ingredients for Williams Ale are listed below. This is a guarantee that it can produce great tasting beer!

• Chocolate and crystal malts

• Pale malt extract

• Cara red grain

• Maris otter grains

• Progress and Styrian hops

As for the procedure, steep the grains and try extracting it for 20 minutes in water at 65 degrees Celsius. Please wait until it boils then add the Styrian hops. The first batch of styrian hops must be boiled for 45 minutes and the other batch only for 15 minutes.

Do not forget to make at least 2 gallons and consider using a fermenter that helps to cool and bring down the temperature. Follow this next step which is to add the yeast. Store it in a room with an average temperature and wait for 5-10 days until your beer is ready!
