A real estate hazard

This article provides information on Real Estate Agent India.
There is a strong judgment against the business of real estate agents in India.
In a precedent the Supreme Court of India came down heavily on the property dealings as unjustified gains.

According to the critical observation of the highest court of the land the property agents are do precious little to earn the kind of money they do. On honest scale a property dealer is entitled to a commission of 2% on deal involving sale and purchase of a property. Thus he gets that much both from the seller as well as the buyer. In return he just has to accompany the seller and the buyer to the local registrar office and do most of the follow ups on the phone.

Here is the guy who does not have even a proper office; can operate from his bedroom or backyard on the basis of a sign board for his office. He is there in the business without any knowledge or having to obtain even a license from an authority.

An Indian real estate broker thus need not even be equipped with the expert knowledge of guiding his clients through ticklish situations. Hence he often can lend a buyer or a seller into soup. With nothing on the stake, not even a permission to continue his business, commercial real estate brokers in India are a mere points of contact for the buyer and the seller to meet and go from there towards completion of a deal.

If everything goes smooth, good for the seller and the buyer. Else it is a long legal battle in the court. Indian courts are flooded with the property matters. All this much because of the lack of guidance or mishandling of property deals by the realtor agents.

Such is the state of affairs when it comes to having a deal through an Indian property dealer.
