3 apples sliced thinly
3 apples chopped
3 c chopped pecans
1 c raisins that have soaked for a minimum of 2 hours
1/2 c pitted dates
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp Celtic sea salt
In a blender, mix the chopped apples and raisins together with the lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until it makes a smooth sauce. Then, toss the mixture with the thinly sliced apples until everything is coated and spread it into a medium lasagna pan.
Chop and mix the dates and pecans and sprinkle over the apples. Set the pan in the oven that is set at 120 degrees for 2-3 hours to dehydrate it and serve with coconut cream. This is a versatile recipe because you can eat it fresh or dehydrated and use a variety of different fruits.
