- 1 cup cold water
Gently wash the fresh raspberries, take a saucepan, pour the raspberries into it and crush them. Add lemon juice and sugar into the pan and mix well. Whisk the cornstarch into the cold water and mix it. Combine the mixture with raspberries and boil it. Keep stirring while bringing it to a boil. If you are serving on cold desserts then refrigerate the sauce before serving.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh black raspberries
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup pure cane sugar
- Metal strainer
A blender is a great of way to crush the raspberries. Before starting, thoroughly rinse the black raspberries and drain out the water. Pour the raspberries and 1 cup of cold water into the blender. Crush the raspberries till they turn into liquid. Use a metal strainer and hold it on top of a bowl. Pour the raspberry juice into the strainer and stir it with a spoon to fine the texture of the juice. You can again use a blender or the same bowl to mix some sugar into raspberry juice. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for an hour before serving.
