Method 1
Ingredients
  • Raspberry vodka, 2 oz
  • Sprite, 1 oz
  • DeKuyper Razzmatazz liqueur, ½ oz
Preparation
Take a cocktail shaker and fill it up with ice. Now add all the ingredients and shake well. Drain the mixture in martini glass and serve chilled. If you want you can also add a raspberry in your glass for garnishing.

Method 2
Ingredients
  • Vodka, 2 oz
  • Chambord, ½ oz
  • Sugar syrup, ½ tsp
  • Raspberries, 20
Preparation
Take a Collins glass and add the 20 raspberries in it. Now crush the raspberries well and add sugar syrup. Pour this mixture in a cocktail shaker and then add vodka and Chambord. Add crushed ice and shake it well. Then pour the martini in a glass and stick two raspberries in a toothpick for garnishing.

Blue Raspberry Martini

Martinis have become the most sought after drinks in bars, parties and social gatherings these days. From the famous vodka martini to the very soothing cucumber martini, martinis are made to please everyone. So here's one more special martini recipe just for you guys enjoy.

Ingredients
  • Raspberry liqueur, 2 oz
  • Vodka, 4 oz
  • Sugar syrup, 2 oz
  • Blue Curacao, 2 oz
  • Fresh lime juice, 1 oz
  • Water, 2 oz
  • Fresh raspberries for garnishing
Preparation
Fill half your cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Now pour the vodka, Blue Curacao and raspberry liqueur into the shaker. Shake it for a minute so that all the ingredients mix in well with each together. Now add lime juice, sugar syrup and water. Shake again for a minute and pour this mixture in a martini glass. Garnish your martini glass with fresh raspberries.

Chocolate Raspberry Martini

Chocolate has held a special place in my heart since I was a kid. It' i my favorite sweet to eat. When I was little, I can't remember a single day passing when I didn't crave for chocolates. However, when I grew up the craving suddenly disappeared but the love for chocolates is still there. Well chocolate martinis are great for chocolate lovers like me, so here's the recipe.

Ingredients
  • Raspberry liqueur, 1 oz
  • Vodka, 1 oz
  • Chocolate liqueur, 1 oz
  • Heavy Cream, 1 oz
  • For garnishing you can use fresh raspberries or chocolate shavings.
Preparation
Take a cocktail shaker and add raspberry liqueur, vodka, chocolate liqueur, cream and crushed ice. Shake the shaker vigorously, so that all the martini ingredients blend well with each other. Strain the mixture in a martini glass and serve chilled.

White Chocolate Raspberry Martini

Though many people don't know about it, white chocolate raspberry martini is a very popular martini. It was created by Maria Santos, the famous mixologist of the Touch restaurant and lounge in Miami.

Ingredients
  • Creme de cocao, 2 oz
  • Raspberry vodka, 2 oz
  • Splash of cream
  • Sugar, 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup, 1½ tbsp
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake well. Decorate your martini glass with chocolate syrup. For garnishing you can use a chocolate covered raspberry.

If you're concerned about the raspberry martini calories, well don't be because it has only 185 cal per drink. You can reduce it by substituting the soft drink with lime juice.
