- Soak a clean cloth in calcium water for some time. Place this cloth on the affected area of the neck. It would reduce any inflammation and provide a calm sensation.
- prepare a mix of basil leaves, olive oil, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Apply this mixture directly to the skin rash.
- Tea bags of the chamomile tea is also an effective remedy for skin rash on neck, chest, face and other parts of the body. You can also use its oil.
- If eczema is a cause of the skin rash, then you can use wild pansies. This will relieve skin irritation and itching.
