Quick Weight Gain

If you have difficulty gaining weight, I have a few tips that could very well help you pack on some pounds.
Gaining Is Tough

If you're a young man and you're in your peak, you probably have the world as your oyster, however is the folly of most people, there is always something you want the you don't have.

For many skinny individuals, this is bulk.

There are some pretty harmful ways to add some mass to your frame and I don't really want to bring them up here as there aren't ideas I want to plant in the minds of vulnerable young hard gainers, but instead I'll share some of the better, safer ways to build fast muscle.

First

Eat more...Duh!

If you don't eat enough you'll never have a chance, so raid the fridge now and come back in 5 minutes.......
......AH!

Back Now?

Right, well, be sure to eat a lot and often. The only way you can gain weight is to eat more than you burn, so if your metabolism is on fire then, you'll need to blunt it.

Now the trick with blunting is to do the things that are necessary to facilitate muscle growth, not fat loss, so running and all aerobic activity are the enemy of the hard gainer.

Instead, train with weights 4 times per week. No, running.

Rest often. If you don't rest, you muscles won't grow - Period!

Now comes the fun part. You see, if you are a hard gainer and weight is certainly hard to put on, then you can afford to eat a few more naughty treats than someone who finds building mass easy. This is the upside to being you.

Every cloud has a silver lining and in this case it's a chocolate, candy, deep fried or super savory one. Depending on your tastes.

So don't be scared to indulge from time to time, it'll actually benefit your progress.

Well, that's the main focus, the rest depends on your personal endeavors and commitment to the cause.

Happy Bulking Up.
