Queen Bee Meets Vampire Ch. 2

"Ava, we're home!" I shouted. Me, Caleb, Kyle, and Evelyn walked through the front door of my parents’ mansion.

I didn't properly introduce myself last time. I'm 16 years old and I live just outside LA. I'm 5'9, a blonde, I have a natural tan, and I have gray eyes. I have 3 siblings, 2 brothers (Caleb and Kyle) they're 18 and twins, I also have a 6 year old sister named Natasha and she is like obsessed with riding horses and she's pretty great. My parents are both doctors so I don't see them much. My mom's a plastic surgeon so she knows a lot of celebrities and sometimes I think she likes them better than me and my siblings. My dad's a dermatologist and that’s why I never get zits. Oh, and Ava is our housekeeper, she more of a mom to us than our real mom and we love her.

"Hey guys." Ava said from the kitchen "I made some peanut butter cookies for you."

We put our bags on the coat rack by the door and headed into the kitchen to sit around the island like we do almost every day.

"No thanks Miss. Ava," said Evelyn. "I'm on this new diet where I don't eat anything with fat, sugar, or carbs." I rolled my eyes while she said this. See, Evelyn is kind off obsessed with being thin even though she weighs like 50 pounds, everyone tells her that she's super skinny but she never listens.

"Okay honey, I'll just make you something else." said Ava. What did I tell you? Ava is the nicest person ever. She practically raised me, Kyle, Caleb, and Natasha while cleaning our three story mansion and she never complained once.

"Thanks, you're the best Miss. Ava." said Evelyn smiling.

"Sorry we're late, traffic was horrible." said Cassie fallowed by Mackenzie and Virginia.

"Okay, let's go up to my room." I said now that we were all here.

When we got to my room we started talking about everything that had happened today. We jumped from topic to topic until we settled on one. Can you guess? Yep, it was the drama that had gone down with the new kids.

"Did you see that guy standing behind that Hazel chick?!" screamed Evelyn.

"OMG, he was like totally completely GORGIOUS! It's like unbelievable how pretty that boy is!" Cassie screamed even louder if that's possible.

"Okay, everyone can I please, please, please have him. I never get any of the cute guys and I really, really, really, really, really want him really bad." said Virginia who is more of a quiet girl but I've known her longer than any of the other girls and I know that she's a total sweetheart and I love her to death!

"Yeah, you can totally have him. You deserve a good boyfriend and he really does look like he could be a really good boyfriend. I mean he's beautiful, he seems nice from what I heard, and I saw him open the door for you so he has to be attracted to you." I said

"But," Mackenzie said thoughtfully. "if he likes another one we can totally go for him, right?"

"Sure." We all said in unision.

The next day at school was pretty normal, until 9th period chemistry. Just guess who my lab partner was. Hazel, of course. We were pretty much just getting to know our partners and asking them random questions.

"So," I started. "what are your siblings’ names?"

"Grace, Matthew, Trinity and Faith are twins and my twin Jack." she said her face staying in that same blank expression while she was talking which was kind of scary.

"What about you? Any siblings?" she asked with that same eerily blank expression that seemed to be somewhat permanent.

The rest of the period passed like this so I found out a lot of information about the mysterious new group of students, and you better believe that the girls heard every word that came out of that girl’s mouth. They were extremely happy to hear that neither Matthew or Jack was dating anyone, I admit I wasn't too sad to hear about that either.

At around 6:00 pm my parents surprised everyone by coming home before midnight. They said that my friends had to leave and so did Kyle and Caleb’s friends. When we asked why my mom said we were going to have guests. Kyle, Caleb, Natasha, and I were all shocked because we like never had dinner together, ever!

The door bell rang and our butler Seth opened the door and I thought I was going to faint when I saw the eight drop dead gorgeous people standing in the threshold.
