Prophesying

Her love was something to be questioned. His.....wasn't.
Lying and deception wanted them to move away from each other.
Nothing could break them apart.
Love so strong like spellbinding beauty all marveled,
And reveled in the glory of their hearts.
So what was it again,
That caused for such a departure
That caused for her to forget this might?
Why did she think that she,
Was all that mattered?
Did she not see the light in his eyes,
When she was near him?
Didn't she notice that his words were true?
Why would leave someone so coveted among us?
When two can't heal, one can survive-
Is that what her majesty thought?
And when she tossed her corn silk hair over her shoulder,
And walked away from his extended hand,
Didn't she see the single tear that tripped down his cheek.
Could she have cared so less that his feelings wouldn't matter anymore?
If only this was a healing wound,
I could be the remedy, the herb that cleanses his false wounds.
The undyingly devoted caretaker of his broken heart.
And when we prophesy, we make it happen
