To say "I Quit" more easily said then done and not many can follow through with there initial goal. Statistics show that having a thorough plan, support and/or program will increase chances to successfully quitting smoking. Have you heard of aversion therapy? It is a program that some could consider. It’s not your usual type of program, but it has shown some promising results.

What is aversion therapy? Aversion therapy is a 9 volt battery that will send you a light to mild electric shock while you smoke a cigarette. The percentages of helping smokers quit are very high, in the upper 90’s, however for some relapses do still occur.
