Rain was nothing unusual, besides her constantly communicating with her childhood sweetheart through snail mail as though the modern world hasn’t changed. Everything between them was perfect. Nothing has changed.

Until she finally realized that she has to let go of the chains that binds her from her dark past, and it’s Mal. Ever since, she stopped replying to his mails, burns them, and forgets him.

Then she met Trent, the guy whom she thought, could make her life a little better. He was her classmate from Julliard. Usual things happened - they were happy, magical, and perfect. Then Mal showed up, after 12 years. Once again the old flame has been ignited, yet something has been different.

Mal wasn’t Mal at all.
