Prince Charming

This is a song my friend Mark sang to my friend Danica when they broke up, and Danica started dating Carter...
I know
you’re waiting for someone,
to come and sweep you off your feet.
I know
you're waiting for the perfect kiss,
to wake you from a deep sleep.
To protect you from the things,

that scare you in your life,
but...
tomorrow comes and he's not there,
you lie awake wondering why?

Well he's not there 'cause I killed him.
I killed Prince Charming last night.
I shot him off of his white stallion,
so I’d have a chance to win your heart tonight.

No matter how hard I try,
I can’t be what you expect.
I can’t be some hero who saves,
damsels in distress.
So I won’t even bother trying
to comfort you with perfect.
But with Prince Charming gone,
I can handle the rest.

Well he's gone because I killed him,
I killed Prince Charming last night
I shot him off of his white stallion,
So I’d have a chance to win your heart tonight.

So If you want to be a princess,
I’ll make you feel like one,
wait and see.
All I need is one chance,
to show you that I’m the one you need.

But the Prince that you had in mind,
is now buried six feet under.
And al that's left is me...
His killer so,
eat your heart out,
prince charming.
And watch me dance on your grave.
I’m taking your horse and,
the damsel you tried to save.

So,
eat your heart out.
So,
eat your heart out,
so...
eat your heart out.
so eat your heart out.
