4. Do Not Count Your Weight More Than One Time Every Week Or You Will Become Maniac.
5. Never Stop Eating Healthy Foods.
6. Do Not Take Any Diet Pills, Most Of Them Are Dangerous And Not Works.
7. Don't Drink Alcohol Or Any Type Of Cola.
What to do:
1. Go Visit A Specialist.
2. Eat Every Day Normally But In Right Portions.
3. Check Your Metabolism.
4. Do Easy Fitness Exercises Like Yoga For Example.
5. Visit The Specialist Every 2 Weeks And Check Your Progress.
6. Do Monthly Blood Test To Check Your Health And All Are Normal.
7. Avoid Driving, Move With A Bicycle Or Just Walk.
8. Eat Fruits For Vitamins That Are Necessary For Your Organism.
9. Drink A Lot Of Water.
