Police Find Lindsay Lohan's Home a Mess
Police were called to the L.A. home of Lindsay Lohan after a burglar alarm was tripped, but police quickly realized that the mess they found was made by the homeowner, not burglars.
The first thought that crossed the minds of police officers responding to a call at the Los Angeles area home of Lindsay Lohan was that someone had broken into the property and ransacked it during a robbery. But it wasn't long before police realized that no one had entered the home and that the mess they were seeing was made by the people who lived there.
Most people that follow Lindsay Lohan, even half-heartedly, wouldn't be surprised at what the police found. I don't think anyone envisions Lindsay as a well-organized feng shui practitioner in her home life. Not that most of us are.
But what police found at the home seems to be consistent with a young girl who is out there living her life, trying to figure out what makes her happy and trying to find love. Her recent public break-up - and subsequent make-ups - with Samantha Ronson have kept her close to the tabloid headlines and are surely making it difficult for her to focus on overcoming her documented problems with addiction.
Having a messy home is not out of the ordinary for a single twenty-something. Especially one who probably spends very little time at the home and who is traveling the world with regularity. Lindsay has the rest of her celebrity life to figure out how to pay people to keep her homes clean and livable.
