Pillar

Stand up tall like a pillar.
Have you ever thought what life can show you
If something happens that you never expected to,
Something that may be cold enough to make you numb
Something that may be hard enough to make you break.

Have you ever thought what situations you can face
Something that will give your life an all new pace
Something that may be high enough to make you feel small
Something fast enough to get you down to a crawl.

But even if that happens don't bend down
Whatever situation it maybe hold on to your crown
Fall down once but not again,
Keep on trying, one day it won't be vain
Everything every moment will be better
Keep holding your foot on the ground like a pillar.

Does it seem so dark sometime that all the lights seem so dull?
All the speed seems slow and everything so subtle
Does it even happen with you that you feel all empty
You still feel something's missing even if there's plenty.

Does life sometimes kick you so hard
You try to stand up but you just can't make a start
Do circumstances make your life feel ruined?
You don't have a clue what to say and what you are doing?

No matter how hard you fall
No matter how much you get hurt
Just pick up the courage and stand up tall
No matter things turn really absurd
Something somewhere will be happening for the better
Keep your feet to the ground and stand like a pillar.

Sometimes it would be real dark,
But you'll have to find your stars
It would be tough to break free
But learn to set your own bars.

Sometimes it would be so harsh
But learn to make it worth the pain
No matter people call you a fool
But you got to be sane.

Even if nothing works out,
Time makes every situation turn around
Patience for so long is getting impatient
Load is too heavy that your whole soul has bent.

But even if that happens don't bend down
Whatever situation it maybe hold on to your crown
Fall down once but not again
Keep on trying one day it won't be vain
Everything every moment will be better
Keep holding your foot on the ground like a pillar.
