Perfect Female Body
Most women crave for the perfect female body, but don't know what exactly qualifies as 'perfect'. The problem with perfection, more often than not, is that it cannot be defined! But here in this article, I'll try to define the perfect female body measurements and perfect female body ratios for our readers.

The Search for the Perfect Body
The first step in trying to get the perfect body is to remember to not try and undo your genes. Undoing human genetics is hard work and very often, not too fruitful. So it is better to accept your existing body shape and try to work on it in a way that is possible. No use trying to go after something you cannot have. Identify your body type. Were you born skinny? Or did you have substantial baby fat? Is it still there? Have you found it hard to get rid of fat over the years? Have you found it harder to gain weight over the years? How tall are you and your parents? Do a complete body-evaluation.
Are You Skinny?
Well then it might just be a futile exercise to try to be curvy. You have to stop feeling bad that you cannot be so and accept the way you are. Besides, most of the women who walk the international ramps today like Heidi Klum or Miranda Kerr, are some of the skinniest women you'll see! A waist-to-hip ratio of around 0.7 is considered to be the perfect body ratio. So if you have thin hips, you'll be thin all over. So as long as you maintain a ratio of 0.7, rest assured that you have a perfect body for your type. Generally, the hip size should be almost equal to the bust size. A good height of above 5' 7" will compliment this female body shape, so get your hands on some of the growing taller secrets.
Are You Curvy?
Who doesn't like Scarlett Johansson! Some females are just better endowed than others, but still fret. Frankly, I just do not understand why curvy women want to look skinny anyway. In many cultures, curvy women are considered to be more fertile and more desirable. So if the society loves you, how come only you aren't satisfied? Even for a curvy body, the perfect female body measurements criteria remains the same: the waist-to-hip ratio. Let's just say that it is the benchmark here to define the perfect body proportions. So simply speaking, if you have a large stomach, you will have large hips or a large bust to go with it. So as long as the ratio is 0.7, we men won't be able to tell! And as I said before, as long as the hip size and bust size doesn't vary all that much, it sure looks good.
Now let me just end by saying that this article on the perfect body may have some chauvinistic undertones, but I'm afraid that this was the only way that I could have written this article. So accept my apologies. I've just tried to elucidate the fact that there is not just one perfect body, but in fact, there are two quite dissimilar types. You can look at the many perfect body measurement charts to match your sizes. So identify your type and work on the perfect body ratios. And remember the magic number: 0.7.
