Penelope Cruz & Josh Hartnett A Couple?

Sources say that the two are desperate to keep their relationship underwraps. On March 21 they were spotted at the Los Angeles restaurant El Coyote but reportedly left after finding out that all of the private rooms were taken. The two reportedly went to another restaurant called The Little Door and were given the secluded "Blue Room." A waiter said that "they were touchy-feely all night, holding hands and kissing…they were cute." The waited also said that they left through separate doors but "before they went, they kissed good-bye." Reportedly their romance is very new and they are trying to keep it on the down low for now.

Cruz has most recently been romantically linked with Orlando Bloom even though the two insist that they are just friends. She has also laughed off rumors that she was involved in a lesbian romance with best friend Salma Hayek. Hayek just recently announced that she is engaged to businessman Francois-Henri Pinault and that they are expecting their first child. Cruz was also previously involved with her Vanilla Sky co-star Tom Cruise from 2001-2004. She then dated her Sahara co-star Matthew McConaughey from February 2005 until they split in May 2006.

Hartnett was involved in a relationship with actress Scarlett Joahnsson. They met on the set of their movie The Black Dahlia and dated for about a year before they called it quits in November. Since his split with Johansson Hartnett was rumored to be romancing actress Sadie Frost, Kirsten Dunst, and Helena Christiansen. Before the Cruz rumors went into overdrive it was reported that Hartnett was romancing Italian model Sveva Gualdi.
