Ingredients
  • Sugar, 2 cups
  • Light Corn Syrup, 2 tablespoons
  • Milk, ½ cup
  • Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon
  • Creamy Peanut Butter, ½ cup
Method
  • Grease a baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Mix sugar, light corn syrup, milk and cider vinegar in a bowl.
  • Empty the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Remove the pan and beat in peanut butter until the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased pan and wait till it cools down completely.
  • After the mixture cools down, make 1 inch square pieces and the fudge is ready to be savored.
Chocolate Fudge Recipe
This is an easy fudge recipe which is also fun to make. Not to forget my personal favorite for it has chocolate in it.

Ingredients
  • White sugar, 3 cups
  • Evaporated Milk, 1 cup
  • Cocoa, ¼ cup
  • Peanut Butter, ½ cup
  • Butter, 1 tablespoon
Method
  • Butter a pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a sauce pan combine sugar, evaporated sugar and cocoa.
  • Heat the mixture over high heat till it comes to a rolling boil, but ensure you keep stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low and continue to cook the mixture till it turns into a soft ball.
  • Remove the sauce pan from heat and add peanut butter and butter to the mixture.
  • Beat the ingredients well till creamy consistency is reached and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Allow the mixture to cool well, before you make 1 inch square pieces.
Microwave Fudge Recipe
Whenever you want to make peanut butter fudge, but you are strapped for time, this is a recipe which you can make use of.

Ingredients
  • Butter, 1 cup and 1 teaspoon
  • Peanut Butter, 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar, 1 pound
Method
  • In a microwave bowl, mix peanut butter and butter on high for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir and again microwave the ingredients for 2 more minutes.
  • Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the butter mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Pour the ingredients into a pan lined with wax paper and place another wax paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until the fudge cools.
  • Then make 1 inch square pieces of the fudge and it is ready to be savored.
Creamy Fudge Recipe
This is an easy recipe to make, which is made creamier by using marshmallows in it.

Ingredients
  • Granulated Sugar, 2 cups
  • Milk, 2/3 cup
  • Marshmallow Crème, 1 cup
  • Peanut Butter, 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon
Method
  • In a saucepan bring sugar and milk to a boil and continue to stir it, till it reaches soft ball stage.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir the other remaining ingredients.
  • Grease a pan and pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Let the mixture cool and then cut it into pieces when the fudge cools down and is firm.
