Ingredients for Peach Pie Recipe
4 Cups Fresh Peaches
2 Pie Shells (9 inches in diameter)
1 ½ Cups White Sugar
¼ Cup Cornstarch
2 Cups Water
3 Ounces Peach Flavored Gelatin Mix
Method of Making Peach Pie Recipe
Over medium heat, combine sugar and cornstarch and add water. Bring to a boil. Keep stirring constantly and boil for about 3 minutes. Slowly add the peach gelatin mix while stirring. Ensure that no lumps are formed and the mixture is consistent. Allow this mixture to cool.
Peel the peaches, pit them and slice them.
Now take a large bowl and combine the gelatin and cornstarch mixture with the peach slices. Make sure that all the peach slices are coated with the gelatin.
Pour this into the pie shells. Refrigerate till it sets.
Your Peach Pie is ready!

You can serve this with ice cream or whipped cream.
Try This!
While making the gelatin-cornstarch mixture, add either 1/4th Tea Spoon of Ground Nutmeg Powder or 1 Tea Spoon of Vanilla Extract, or even both, if you are adventurous enough for a different taste.
