Peach Cobbler Recipe #1
Ingredients
Medium sized ripe peaches – peeled, pitted and diced (7)
Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
Butter – melted (1 cup)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Ginger (1 teaspoon)
Cake mix – unprepared (1–18 ounce)
Preparation:
First you need to preheat the oven to 350° F. Then, lightly grease a pan. Meanwhile, combine the following ingredients together – sugar, cornstarch, ginger and peaches in a medium sized saucepan. Bring these ingredients to a boil. Cook it for about a minute and remove from flame. Now, pour this preparation into the prepared pan. Take some amount of the cake mix and sprinkle it slightly over the top and add some butter as well. Now, you need to bake this preparation for an hour. Once done, serve this peach cobbler with some ice cream!
Peach Cobbler Recipe #2
Ingredients
Butter – melted (1 stick)
Milk (1 cup)
Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
All-purpose flour (1 cup)
Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Granulated sugar – (3 tablespoons and a separate cup of sugar as well)
Ripe peaches - peeled, pitted and thinly sliced (3 to 4)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
Preparation
Heat the oven to 375° F. Then, pour melted butter in a baking dish. Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl – the one-cup sugar, baking powder and flour. Add some salt as well and stir the preparation so that it blends well. Now, add some milk along with vanilla and stir again to blend. This batter now needs to be poured over the melted butter. Add around ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to this. The peach slices need to be arranged over the batter. Now, add 3 tablespoons of sugar over it. Bake this entire preparation for around 30 minutes. Keep a check on the color of the cake; you can wait till the top turns a light shade of brown. Once baked, serve this peach cobbler with some whipped topping. A generous scoop of vanilla ice cream can also act as a substitute topping!

Ingredients for the batter
Melted butter (1/2 cup)
Milk (2/3 cup)
Egg (1)
Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Flour (1 cup)
Sugar (1 cup)
Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Ingredients for the filling
Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon)
Sliced peach – drained (1can – 28 ounce)
Sugar (1 cup)
Preparation
First, you need to melt some butter in a pan. Mix these ingredients together – sugar, baking powder, flour and salt in a medium sized bowl. Now, you can add milk and eggs to these ingredients. Pour this batter over the melted butter. Now, you need to combine the peaches, sugar and spices together and spread this over the batter. (Ensure you do not stir the same.) Bake this preparation at 350°F for at least 45 minutes. Once baked, serve warm with a dollop of your favorite ice cream!
