Payback

Death’s sinking breath paralyzes her eyes,
As they stare up at you in disbelief,
You run from the truth with a curtain of lies,
Even though the time until they find her is brief,

They are getting closer to where she lays,
So you move her in haste,
Too bad the dog always obeys,
The mutt uncovers her body under a hole of waste,

It’s time to move but fear freezes you,
If you tried to escape they would know,
So you stay and hope the evidences are too few,
Fingers point at you so it’s insanity that you show,

White jackets and needles are scary,
So is the small room they put you in,
Then they discover it is aids you carry,
Your memories betray you back to where you had been,

That pretty dead girl, blond hair and blue eyed,
Whoever knew she had six months until she died.

Payback is not too fun,
Especially when you are the pun.
