Path of Choice
Making decisions is what life's all about, which is why we can't ever seem to figure out the meaning of life.

One which may possibly lead me home,
The map is written in a foreign code,
Yet I'm scared to leave the path roam.
Bumpy rocks trample my path,
Making me bend to get through,
How long will the rocks block my path,
Will I ever know what to do?
Tempting side roads leading other directions
Some more desirable than others,
Some showing more promising affection,
Yet I'm not ready for another.
Whatever path I may choose,
Will press me another direction,
Nothing gained; Nothing to lose
Yet the map is old and has many corrections.
The longer I stay on my narrow choice,
The less uprising opportunities,
I'm stern only by the sound of his voice,
For the sound of his voice is the key.
Life is yet just a gravel road,
Waiting for one to get through,
Nothing is simple but hidden in code,
In the end, you'll wish you knew.
