How to Make Pasta in White Sauce
✤ Recipe I
Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - ¼ cup
- Half and half - ½ cup
- Butter - ¼ cup
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Salt and pepper - 1 pinch each
- Parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Pasta - 500 gm
If you are not aware about how to cook pasta, go through the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the pasta and keep aside. Take a skillet and melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for a minute. Add the chopped cheese, half and half, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well and wait till the mixture gets heated. Make sure to remove the skillet from heat, before the mixture boils. Now, you can serve the pasta with the heated sauce poured over it. You may top the dish with some grated cheese.

Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1 ½ cup
- Butter - ½ cup
- Margarine - ¼ cup
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 cups
- Cream - 1 ½ cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Nutmeg powder - 1 pinch
- Rosemary (dried and crushed) - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
Place a skillet and melt butter along with margarine in it, over low heat. Add the sifted flour and stir well to avoid formation of clumps. The next step is to add the milk and cream to the skillet. Mix them, before adding the chicken broth mixed with cornstarch. Stir the mixture till it boils. Let it boil for a minute or two, before removing from the stove. Now, you can add the spices and the remaining ingredients, including cheese and salt. You can serve your pasta in white sauce.

- Dry white wine - ¼ cup
- Butter - ¼ cup
- Skim milk - as per requirement
- Chopped clams (canned) - 1 ½ cup
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic - 1 large clove
- Chopped parsley - ¼ cup
- Thyme - ½ teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper - as per taste
