What You'll Need
- 8 fluid ounces of boiling water.
- 1 teaspoon of dried/powdered passion flower herb.
Keep the water on the boil, and wait for it to bubble over, and heat up on the gas, without dropping in the extract at this stage. Then pour the boiling water into a mug, and drop in your teaspoon of herb extract. Let it soak up all those flavors from the herb, saturating the water well with its presence. After 10 minutes drain the tea to remove the passion flower extract if you used it in herb form, or drink immediately after you put in your powder.
