Method:
Cut the chicken breasts into small chunks and dip them in the bowl containing pesto so that they get coated entirely. Now roll them onto a plate containing breadcrumbs and then lay them on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer. For serving, pour little oil on a baking tray and cook the chicken in the oven at 220 degree C for 10-15 minutes. An alternative for this recipe would be mini sausage rolls.

Ingredients: smoothie, leaf gelatin, water, ice cream of your choice.

Method:
Put the gelatin in water until it is soft and floppy. Meanwhile, gently heat the smoothie in a saucepan without boiling. Take it off the heat. Squeeze the gelatin out of water and add it to the smoothie mixture. Stir until the consistency is smooth enough. Pour in small pots or glasses. Chill in the deep freezer for 1 hour. Method:
Slice the steak thinly and marinade in teriyaki for 5-10 minutes. Mix chopped cucumber, coriander and lime juice and season it with a pinch of salt. Fry the steak slices in a frying pan for 3 minutes. Pile up the cucumber mixture in the lettuce leaves and dress it with cooked teriyaki beef, chilies and red onion.

Recipe #5: Smoked Salmon Rotollos

Ingredients: cream cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, chopped dill, smoked salmon, and tortillas.

Method:
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill and black pepper in a bowl. Spread this onto tortillas and cover it with smoked salmon. Roll up and twist the ends. Place in fridge until ready to use. While serving, cut the rolls diagonally.

Ingredients: cooked tiger prawns, lemon mayo, soy honey dressing, coriander chili pesto, and oil.

Method:
Mix the lemon peel, green onion, mayo and pepper in a bowl and stir. Place soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger and sherry in another bowl and mix. Add coriander, green onion, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce and lime juice in third one and mix. To serve, place the cooked prawns on a platter with the three dips. Recipe #4: Halloumi Skewers with Parsley and Lemon Salsa

Ingredients: lemon salsa, block of halloumi, and oil.

Method:
Make lemon salsa by mixing all the ingredients together. Cut the block of halloumi in pieces and fry them on a frying pan from both sides until brown. Push them in a skewer to give an appearance of a lollipop. Serve with the lemon salsa.
