Paranoia - Part 5

Eddie walked down the street till he got to a small café, and he walked in it. He sat down and asked for a small coffee. He was there for almost an hour, and then something he didn’t expect to happen he saw some one that he thought he knew walk past the café. No I can’t be he thought. So he got up and started to follow the person, and right then was the first time in the few days he had been gone that he was very scared that this person had been following him. So he very quietly started following this person hoping to find out why this person was doing this, and right then his other half took over he felt his stomach turn and he walked faster.

As Eddie got closer to the person he saw that this was definitely the person he thought it to be, but he had to find a way do grab the person without frightening this person. He thought up here at this store that was coming up that he would grab the person and take him to the roof. So he got closer and closer and then grabbed the person, and took him the inside of the store. –What are you Doing- said the person, - Just shut up and go where I tell you- Eddie whispered.

Kayla had just started walking after she went past the hospital, and she kept walking for about an hour. She still didn’t know where Eddie had gone. So her plan was to just walk till she found something that would tell her the way he went. She kept walking for about another hour or so, and she was about to give up when someone grabbed her arm and grabbed it very hard. Then the man took her into a store –What are you doing – she said, -Just shut up and go where I tell you- said the man. Then she recognized the voice and kept walking.

They started going up the stairs and Kayla tore herself away from Eddie – Eddie what are you doing, you should hide or something- but Eddie just grabbed her again and took her to the roof. She was scared and when they got to the roof she looked into Eddie’s eye. She knew there was something different inside Eddie – Eddie, what’s wrong with you- Kayla whispered.

- How long have you been following me- Eddie said through his closed teeth. –Eddie, I just…-, - HOW LONG!!!- yelled Eddie. – Ever since you killed my -, -your what, BOYFRIEND?-.

Kayla fell down she started to cry, - I loved him – she said. – Even though he hurt you? - Eddie said looking and feeling very sad, and depressed. –Well Kayla, if you don’t want me, no one does, so ill go now. And you’ll never see me again -. Kayla just stayed lying down, crying her eyes out, her eyes which at one time had been beautiful were now blood shot with dark around them. She had not slept in a day or so.

Eddie had tears in his eyes; the man who had just killed two little children was now crying he walked down the stair and into the street. He pulled out his gun and put it in his mouth turned off the safety, and……………decided he did not want to die like this, the feeling in his stomach came back, and he did not know why Kayla still loved her now dead boyfriend.

Then and right then for some strange reason Kayla came running down the stairs, and said – EDDIE, I LOVE YOU!!!-. Eddie now had more tears coming from his eyes, he walked out to the middle of the road and looked down the street, he saw a bus coming and knew how to end all of this, and end it right.

You know what Kayla- Eddie said laughing a little – I thought I loved you too, until you said YOU still loved your boy friend, you know the one I accidentally killed, the one that brought out the demons inside of me, incase you haven’t noticed I have killed quite a lot of people, and now I have to stop it all-. – But Eddie- Kayla said starting to cry again – I LOVE YOU! I always have, I just n…never said anything-. Eddie’s face started to turn red, and then he remember the bus he thought saw it was coming closer, now only a street away. – Well Kayla, maybe, just maybe one day we can be together, but not now.

Kayla fell into tears, she knew he was getting on the bus and leaving her forever – why do you have to leave, we can work this out – Kayla said half stuttering. – I’m not getting on that bus, and either are you- Eddie half whispered.

He pulled out his gun and pointed it a Kayla, then pulled the trigger. The bullet hit her straight through the mouth; it had hit her teeth first, knocking most of the front 8 teeth out. You could see some of them flying through the air. Then the bullet went straight through to the other side hitting a person walking right on the side of her knee. The lady screamed him pain and agony.

Then Eddie turned to the oncoming bus making sure not to get in its way. Then at the last second he closed his eyes, and walked right in front of the bus. When the bus hit him he had his face crushed into the front windshield and also broke the window and with glass stuck in his face, he fell backward when the bus driver slammed on the brakes. Eddie hit the ground with such force that his head left an impression on the street. Blood was everywhere, and when the back of the head had hit the ground, it was like an explosion, and then he rolled underneath the bus. Everyone in the bus flew up in the air and then flew back down into there seats. When Eddie’s body cam out the other side there was no way to explain what it looked like. If you have ever seen a meat grinder, picture a human body going through that.

It was over whatever evil Eddie had in him was gone. During his funeral not many people showed up, but his brother went up to the coffin and hugged his little brother. Then and right there in that spot his brother had a strong feeling in his stomach, and he looked around the room, and he wanted to kill whoever had made his brother kill himself.
