Paradox of Love

Love is the ultimate opposite...
The heart embarks upon one fair and lonely quest.
It breaks the bounds of thoughts and motion free.
To hold the veil and bear the keep of once eternal rest
And keep it's own to some great and marvelous degree
But were the thought of all of it, said and once more done
The part of broken cracked and bled, healed it is a first
To keep love's call, and bitter sweet, hearked on the run
It holds it's own until it seems that it is about to burst.
Love, the lift and descendant to the fiery depths of hell
Burns the heart and takes the broken for it's very own
And each our hearts will embark carried by love's spell
And with it all, all we will know is only what we're shown.
Love is free and confined, a ship upon the docks
Let it be that love it is, the one and only paradox.
