Procedure
Draw a simple flower on the cardboard. Draw the stem and two leaves attached to this flower. Now cut out this picture. Ask your kid to paint it using crayons and paints. For making craft picture frames using dried leaves and petals, black paper is the best.

Once this is done stick the photograph in the marked box. Now cover the entire paper using the transparent plastic sheet and secure it at the back using adhesive tape. Colorful Tissue Paper Picture Frame

Here's the procedure of making picture frames using tissue paper and card paper. You will need white card paper, colored tissue papers, white glue, photograph and craft knife.

Procedure
Take a card paper of rectangular size, 2-3 inches bigger than the photograph to be framed. Now place the photograph in the center of the frame and mark the borders. Remove the photo, draw a border ½ inches inside this border and cut it out to make a hole. Now take white tissues and white glue. Go on sticking white tissue pieces on the frame. Overlap to have a number of layers of tissues. Let this dry. Now take colored tissue and stick them in same way randomly using glue to have a colorful frame. Let it dry. Now you can just draw some patterns using a marker. Stick the photo from the backside of the frame. Your paper picture frame is ready!
