Panic Attacks - What Causes Them and how You can Ease Your Anxiety Level
Panic attacks can be debilitating, but knowing what causes them is one way of lessening your anxiety about them. Here are some common causes of panic attacks as well as some things you can do to help ease your anxiety.

Additional causes of panic attacks are things like social anxiety disorders. Some disorders allow their sufferers to conduct perfectly normal lives if they are able to go through their routine without interruption. The individual who has the means to wipe off the receiver of the phone with a sanitary white before every use picks up a phone without doing so for some reason. Maybe they're waiting for emergency caller just caught off guard, but watch out a react when they suddenly realize they are talking on a dirty phone. It will probably get to the point that you think they are insane, but in fact it is nothing more than terror on their part as they realize that their worst fears come true.
Panic attacks are also induced by some medications and medical conditions. Both of these can turn what may have been just a mild fear of yours into a phobia. Your body, when operating normally, is in perfect chemical balance. If you have a medical condition or taking medication, that balance is upset. The result of this may be an enhancement to a fear that you have in the back of your head and it brings it to the forefront. All of a sudden that small fear you have a flying that you can usually cure by merely closing your eyes and counting to 10 becomes a life threatening situation to you.
I'm sure you can see that there are many ways for a panic attack to happen. Breathing techniques and mental exercises can help many people overcome their fears. As they learn how to do them, they lessen the likelihood that they will have a panic attack in a situation that triggers it.
