Pancake Recipe Without Eggs
Ingredient
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 pint milk
- Nutmeg dash
- A pinch of salt
Take a large bowl and mix flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt in it. Make a batter by adding in gradual amount of milk. Do not let the clots form. Keep on beating the mixture for at least ten minutes. While beating, add the melted butter to it and beat it again. Leave the mixture to set for 10 minutes and bake them individually on a griddle. Wholewheat Pancake Recipe Without Eggs
Ingredient
- 1 cup wholewheat flour
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Take a large mixing bowl and add flour, soda, brown sugar and cinnamon powder in it. Add buttermilk to it and make a plain batter, without leaving any clots of the flour. The batter should have a thick consistency (it should get easily poured on the pan). Keep this pancake mixture aside for at least 10 minutes. Now, heat the griddle and pour the batter on it. Add the oil on all the sides of the pancake. Within a minute, you will see formation of the air holes on the surface of your pancake. It is the time to flip sides of the cake and cook its other side for about 10 to 15 seconds. - 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup water
- A pinch of salt
Take a large mixing bowl and mix in the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and lime juice. Now, make a batter by gradually adding water into it. Make a fine batter by gradually adding milk into it and without leaving any clots of the flour. Keep this mixture to get set for at least 10 minutes.
