Pamela Anderson Reconsidering Divorce?

Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon in Las Angeles Superior Court on Friday, December 14 after only two months of marriage. She stated "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. She seemed to have changed her mind after the two were spotted together that weekend. On Monday, December 17 Anderson wrote on her Website, "We’re working things out."

Seems like maybe things aren’t going to be worked out. Anderson’s attorney filed a proof of service summons in Las Angeles Superior Court on December 28. The document shows that Salomon was served with divorce papers on December 15 and he has 30 days from that date to file a response to the divorce claim. An attorney that is not associated with Anderson’s case reportedly told People magazine, "I would think this means the divorce is going ahead."

Anderson reportedly spent New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas with her children with ex-husband Tommy Lee of Motley Crue. Anderson and Lee have two sons – Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 10. She wrote on her Website, "My kids and I had a great new years in Vegas! They loved the fireworks and hot chocolate at midnight. Mommy made it home by 1:30 a.m. Nice! Now on family vacation in the snow. We are doing great. Getting rest and planning new year." This was the third marriage for Anderson. Her rep has not commented on whether or not she is going ahead with her plan to divorce Salomon. The two were married on October 6 in Las Vegas after a 1-month courtship. Anderson claims that they were friends for 15-years before their friendship turned romantic.
